The VAGH (Vereniging Assistent-Geneeskundigen in de Heelkunde) is the Dutch association of surgical trainees.

Founded in 1973, the VAGH represents surgical trainees in all matters relating to their education.  The association also contributes to initiatives determining the future of the profession of Surgery in the Netherlands.
The Netherlands has seven different training regions, each adhering to an academic hospital with collaborating regional training hospitals. Each region has an elected representative on the board of the VAGH.
